Palestinians have the right to see the end of Israeli military occupation of their territories, occupied in 1967, and to create on them their independent state. As long as the occupation lasts, they have the right and the duty to claim their land and their freedom and to organize resistance in order to reach this goal.
Israel got one prime minister (Rabin) who wanted peace and israelis murdered him.

I've met plenty of charming, lovely arabs who defend their right to a land called Palestine. I don't argue with them. I do not hate arabs, heck you don't even know me!

I hate religious extremists. And the most significant religious extremist groups in this world are Muslim.
I simply hate death. I also condemn Israeli soldiers killing Arab children (, but that really is a rarity. On the whole, the targets are "militants").

"Israelis mudered him" No, that was one lone nutter. Not the "Israelis". I absolutely condemn Yigal Amir's actions. Assasinating a man you disagree with is never an option.

And, by the way, there's no such thing as palestine. in '48, the land was owned by the Brits. They had let both arabs and jews live there for years. From 45 onwards, jews flooded in. Ultimately a decision had to be made. they put forward a proposition to the arabs and the jews. they said you can either share the country, or we kick you out. (that was put very bluntly). the jews said that'd be ok, whereas the arabs rejected this. therefore, they should've gone there and then. Instead, they waged a war on israel as soon as it ahd been declared a state. One third of Israel's population was killed.

i still think that we should share the country, letting us both live there. But to be honest, beacuse of this history, one can't truly call the Israeli's as occupants of Palestine. It's more like arabs occupying israel, with soldiers patroling those territories.

First of all, when one nutter kills one important person, it can't change whole nation politics. Rabin's murderer didn't plan that action alone, that was more likely a political assasination.

You can't say that the Palestinians have an historical claim to the land, because we do too, and that gets us nowhere. We both lived there in harmony before, so why can't we now? If the Arabs hadn't attacked the Israeli army so soon, then there might've been peace now. Now, that sounds far-fetched, but consider this: If they hadn't atacked us, we wouldn't have had the need to develop such a strong military force. This is most certainly of the Arab's own doing. Note it's the Israeli DEFENSE Force! I told you it's far fetched, but you must realise that through Modern Israel's short lifetime, it has been attacked constantly. There has been no chance for peace to really flourish.
